Tuition fees

European School of Physiotherapy

Below you will find the tuition fees rates for the 2018-2019 academic year. The tuition fees rates for the 2019-2020 academic year will be added to this page before 1 October 2018.

If you meet the statutory criteria you need to pay the statutory tuition fee per year. If you do not meet those criteria, you need to pay the institutional tuition fee. Both rates are specific to ESP students only.

  • Statutory tuition fees:
    2017 - 2018: € 3.006 
  • Institutional tuition fees:
    2017 - 2018: € 8.995

If you are a non-European Union student, you will be asked for a proof of financial means. The proof consists of a deposit of €10.800,-. 

Proposal to change tuition fees

There's a discussion regarding the tuition fees for the academic year 2018-2019. The Dutch government has proposed a change in the tuition fee for first year students . The Dutch parliament had yet to approve the plans. Until further notice.

In addition to the tuition fees, you will have to take into account the costs for books, readers and other expenses incurred by your field of study.

  • Housing, between €500 and €700 a month
  • Insurance, between €40 and €50 a month
  • Books, between €50 and €100 a year
  • Travel (home-school), between €0 (if you have a bike) and €40 (public transport) a month
  • Other costs (groceries, social activities and other expenses), between €300 and €1000 a year
  • Internship related costs (travel, housing, fees), varies between €300 and €2000 per internship
