Do you want to get to know the neighbourhood and get to know other students or colleagues while running? Want to start the new academic year in a sporty, healthy and pleasant way? Join the Free Friday Run on Friday September 10, 16:00 hrs from the Business Campus in Amsterdam Southeast.
Starting point is at the entrance of the Business Campus. This social run of 8 to 10 km passes typical, beautiful and unknown places in Zuidoost. It's a social run, so runners of all levels are welcome. The route leads past a number of highlights and green areas in Zuidoost. Start and finish are at the Business Campus. Participation is free, all runners will receive a HvA running shirt.

Afterwards there will be drinks served at Change=. Just want to join for a drink? The drinks are served at the bar of Change=Pro and it's open from 16:30 hrs. Please note only the first two drinks are free.

Next to the ING Head Office, Elizabeth Cady Stantonplein 801, Amsterdam Zuidoost. The drinks are served at the bar of Change=Pro. This location is situated at the Bijlmerdreef on the other side of the building, see picture at the bottom of this page).
