Information and Communication Technology

In the heart of Amsterdam, our university of applied sciences trains the ICT professionals of the future. In four years’ time, our students earn a Bachelor of Science degree and are ready to begin their career in the field of ITC. The Bachelor of Information and Communication Technology Programme is a hands-on internationally oriented programme. From day one, students work in teams, participate in real-life cases and study new developments, all in a challenging atmosphere. Close ties with industry ensure an up-to-date and exciting learning environment.

After they graduate, our students find jobs in nearly all areas of business: at large and small organisations, in health care, in public and semi-public sectors and in the creative industry. Examples of positions our former students have secured:

· embedded software engineer;

· (serious) game developer;

· corporate consultant;

· specialist in cybersecurity;

· software developer;

· software programmer.

Some students choose to become ICT entrepreneurs and launch their own start-up.
