EPIC-WE Game Jam

Student tip!

For two days, young creatives are immersed in the world of game design, collaboratively working on culturally sensitive topics such as climate change or media misinformation, at an inspiring location.

This Game Jam brings together diverse groups of young people, higher education institutions, creative industries, and cultural institutions, where gamers immerse themselves in creating games that focus on European cultural heritage in their designs. Do you know students who aren't afraid of a creative challenge? Then tip them about this Game Jam!

Registration for this event is open until March 22nd. Admission is free.

Official communication will be in English, so basic knowledge of the English language is recommended. However, feel free to mix Dutch and English during the event.

This Game Jam is part of the EPIC-WE project. The European consortium behind this project, including the research group Visual Methodologies, aims to develop new models for cultural collaboration, where participation in cultural processes is emancipated, and specific design kits for games are introduced.
