WeCare Support

WeCare is HumanCapitalCare’s absence management system, offering digital support to managers and HR advisers in the area of absence management. This support includes keeping absenteeism files up to date and notifying absenteeism managers if they need to take action. However, illness reports, (partial) recovery reports and corrections to illness reports are still processed through the DSPM and subsequently visible in WeCare.
