Occupational Health and Safety Service

To ensure a fit and healthy university of applied sciences, AUAS works with two occupational health and safety service providers: HumanCapitalCare and Amsterdam UMC. The occupational health and safety service providers offer services in the areas of prevention, absenteeism and intervention. The table below shows which occupational health and safety service has been assigned to your organisational unit.

Occupational Health and Safety Service Providers for each Organisational Unit

For questions about your workstation, please refer to setting up your workstation in the A-Z list. For questions and information about illness, see the section on illness and absenteeism in the A-Z list.

Interventions

The occupational health and safety service offers a wide range of interventions that can have a positive impact on your vitality and health. To access these interventions, you need approval from your manager. Each occupational health and safety service provider has its own intervention guide (see the A-Z page of your occupational health and safety service provider).

In addition to these external interventions, it is possible to make use of the freely accessible internal options. Further information can be found in the A-Z list under ‘Vitality’. See the internal offer intervention guide for an overview of all the options.
