Performance review

It is important to have a dialogue on a regular base with your supervisor. The aim of dialogues on a regular base is to compile how you perform and how you are reaching your goals.

The annual consult review will include agreements on:

- targets and results to be achieved by the employee in the upcoming period;

- the employee’s professional development.

You will be given the opportunity to respond or to lodge an objection to the decision to your management of the faculty or staff department.
