Report loss or theft to the ICTS Service Desk

The loss or theft of laptops, smartphones or tablets that are the property of AUAS must be reported to the ICTS Service Desk straight away. If you have stored business information (e.g. personal details) on a personal laptop, tablet of memory stick (which is strongly discouraged!), the theft or loss of the device must likewise be reported immediately to the ICTS Service Desk by email or by phone on 020-5951402.

In the event of the loss or theft of a device that does or may contain business information, you must also change the password straight away.
