Type of phone
FBSV
Staff with an employment contract of less than 0.5 FTE will receive an ordinary mobile phone. Staff with an employment contract of 0.5 FTE or above will receive a mid-range smartphone (max. value of €225). Once you receive the pick-up notification, you can collect your phone from the service desk on the first floor of the Dr Meurer Building. The pick-up point is open every Tuesday or Thursday before 12 noon.
FBE
Staff with an employment contract of 0.5 FTE or above will receive a dual-SIM smartphone.
FOO
Requesting a mobile phone within FOO: Staff with an employment contract of less than 0.5 FTE may be eligible for a no-frills smartphone. Staff with an employment contract of 0.5 FTE or above may be eligible for a more upmarket smartphone. ICT-FOO periodically selects one or more models of smartphone for its staff. Requests for smartphones upon commencement of employment at AUAS are to be made via the HR advisor.
Temporary replacement phones at FOO: If your mobile phone is defective, then you must contact ICT-FOO (ict-foo@hva.nl). ICT-FOO will then determine whether the defective device must be returned to the supplier for repair or whether it can be fixed straight away. Via ICT-FOO, you can also request a temporary replacement phone straight away and it will be provided immediately if in stock.
FMR

If your mobile phone is defective, then contact your ICT contact person for a temporary replacement phone.
FBSV
If your mobile phone is defective, then contact T-Mobile/Detron yourself (020 595 1459). If you have to send the phone to T-Mobile/Detron, then you will receive a temporary replacement phone (not a smartphone). This replacement phone can be picked up from the service desk on the first floor of the Dr Meurer Building.
International phone calls
FBSV
As standard, ordinary mobile phones and smartphones are provided together with a contract for both domestic and international use. Use of the phone when abroad and international phone calls from the Netherlands are only permitted if the calls are work-related. Data use when abroad is only possible with smartphones. A fair use policy applies to data use.
FMR
As standard, mobile phones are provided with a contract that can be used when abroad. Use of the phone when abroad and international phone calls from the Netherlands are only permitted if the calls are work-related.
Private calls
FBSV
You are permitted to use your phone for private calls up to a maximum of €10 per month. In the event that costs of over €15 are detected for private calls, then your manager will be informed. Private calls are permitted, but the above rule must be observed.
