Mobile devices on loan

Mobile IT devices (e.g. laptops, tablets and mobile telephones) are centrally registered.

Ready-for-collection message

The order for your mobile telephone is made in OrderDirect by your IT contact person via the SelfServiceDesk. Once your device has arrived, IT Services will send you a message to inform you that your device is ready for collection. You must sign the receipt ICT equipment and agree with the loan conditions when you collect your telephone.

These conditions stipulate, among others, that the mobile telephone is and always will be the property of the employer (AUAS), that it is to be used primarily for professional purposes and that it may not be put at the disposal of third parties.

Additional loan agreement

Every faculty or shared service unit can compile their own, additional loan agreement, if so desired. It is up to the dean, division manager or director to decide whether this is relevant for the faculty or unit in question. ICT services strongly recommends using the loan agreement template provided below.
