Pick-up and return locations
To collect or return equipment, please visit the locations below.
Picking up items
When you have received a notification saying that your new or refurbished phone, AUAS-laptop or tablet has arrived, you can go to the locations below. Bring your ID (ID card, passport or driver's licence) with you.
Returning items
When you stop working for the AUAS, you can go to the locations to return your port replicator and headphones without an appointment. A separate procedure applies for returning your laptop, tablet and phone (please restore to its factory settings). This takes place via your ICT contact person. If you don't know who that is, the secretariat of your organisation unit will be able to tell you.

This pick-up and return location is situated in room 0.43.3 (in the back of the Library) and it is open every weekday from 8.30 a.m. until 5.00 p.m. You can contact the Fraijlemaborg pick-up point via wpo-fraijlemaborg@hva.nl or on 020-595 6986.

This pick-up and return location can be found in room A4.04 and it is open by appointment only. You can contact the Nicolaes Tulp Building pick-up point via wpo-fraijlemaborg@hva.nl or on 020-523 6005/6986.
This pick-up and return location is situated in room 00A28 behind the service desk. You do not have to make an appointment. To contact the pick-up point in the Kohnstamm Building send an email to wpo-amstelcampus@hva.nl or call 020-595 3240.
The collection and return location for Oudemanhuispoort is in room A0.07a/c and is open from 09.00 to 16.00, Monday to Friday. Contact binnenstad-wpo-icts@uva.nl or call 020 525 4669.
The collection and return location for Roeterseiland is in room 3.63 and is open from 09.00 to 16.30, Monday to Friday. You will need to make an appointment. Contact roeterseiland-wpo-icts@uva.nl or call 020 525 6535.
