The code of conduct for employees and students has been updated. The renewed code of conduct especially encourages students and employees to start talking about how they interact with each other.
Talking about behaviour is essential to creating and maintaining a socially safe environment. It is an essential part of leadership, cooperation, teaching, studying and developing, because students and staff study and work the best in a socially safe environment.
The code of conduct has been updated based on conversations with staff and students.
A campaign drawing attention to the updated code of conduct will be launched in the coming weeks, on Instagram, LinkedIn and on screens in AUAS buildings. Students and employees can find the code of conduct at https://myauas.nl/codeofconduct-lets-talk as well as tools, tips and information on how to have conversations with each other about responsible behaviour.
