Daniel Knysak (Daniel)

I was 5 years in my University Student’s Council. I was 1,5 year a Vice-President of University Student’s Council, 4 years a President of the Faculty Students’ Council and member of the Senate, Senate Commision, Faculty Commision. I was organized a lot of activities, parties or events for students from my University and I was a main coordinator of many project at my University and in Student Community in whole country. 4 years I was dancer in LZA Promni Polish Folk Dance Ensemble. I love polish culture, traditions and cuisine. I am a salsa, latin and ballroom dance instructor. My scientific interests focus on issues related to the formation of volatile compounds in food products, instrumental measurement of physicochemical properties of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, development of new technological and technical solutions in food production.
