Sam completed his bachelor’s degree in Sport, Management and Business at the AUAS (2011) and his master’s degree in Latin American and Caribbean Studies at the Utrecht University (2014). He has a background in qualitative research and although he partly focused himself on criminality, his major focus went out to sports for development and inclusive sports.
