Below you will find the tuition fees rates for the 2019-2020 academic year.

Tuition fees

In the Netherlands there are two types of tuition fees: statutory tuition fees and institutional tuition fees.  For general information about tuition fees see the tuition fees section.

If you meet the requirements applied by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, you will be required to pay the statutory tuition fee. If you do not meet these requirements, you must pay the institutional tuition fee.

Statutory tuition fees: €2,083

PLEASE NOTE: You may be eligible for a 50% reduction in your tuition fee. You can find more information on the website of the Dutch government.

Institutional tuition fees: €8,234

Britsh students who start their studies in the academic year 2018-2019 will pay the statutory fee (€2,083 ). The negotiations between the UK and the EU will determine if this will change in the future.

In addition to the tuition fees, you will have to take into account the costs for books, materials, and other expenses incurred by your field of study. This is approximately €550 per year.
