COVID-19 GUIDELINES

Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences observes the RIVM guidelines on Covid-19. Currently there are no restrictive measures for your visit to the university. Moreover, you do not need to present a proof of vaccination or a negative test result. However, the hygiene rules remain in force, and we ask you to regularly carry out a self-test. you can wear a face mask or maintain a one-and-a-half-metre distance if you wish. If the measures are tightened up, we will inform you.

The on-location Open Day does not have unrestricted access. We ask you to register beforehand for all the programme elements you wish to attend. Some programme elements have a maximum number of participants: when they are full, they are full. For fire safety and air ventilation reasons, a maximum number of people is allowed in different rooms on the site. For programme elements in these rooms, we give priority to prospective students. We hope that parents and guardians will understand this prioritisation.

STUDYING WITH A DISABILITY OR ILLNESS?

Sign up for an online session or a consult with a student counsellor

The AUAS provides information, guidance and facilities to prospective students with a disability in order to enable them to study with as few obstacles as possible. During the open day you can sign up for an individual online meeting with a student counsellor, to talk about studying with a disability confidentially. Or join the online session during which AUAS students with disablities share their experiences.

You might have concerns about health and safety issues or maybe you would like to investigate what the university offers to support your child in his or her studies. There are plenty of things to worry about. But this page can put your mind at ease, and can help you make sure that you and your student are doing everything right.
