AUAS Summer School 2020 adjusted cancellation policy

At the AUAS Summer School, we are aware of the impact of the global coronavirus outbreak on travel arrangements. Due to the uncertainty it poses, we are adjusting our cancellation policy accordingly.

For the time being, we advise participants to apply normally for the AUAS Summer School 2020. This includes paying the tuition fee and the housing fee via our application system before 1 May 2020.

Should the situation change for the worse, we may decide to cancel the Summer School 2020. In this case all registered participants will receive a 100% refund. The final decision will be taken on 15 April 2020. In the event that the Summer School goes ahead, participants will still have enough time to arrange their visa for the Netherlands. For cancellations before 15 April 2020, the normal cancellation policy applies.

If, due to circumstances directly related to the coronavirus, participants need to cancel their registration, they can do so, starting from 15 April until 20 May 2020 at the latest. We will also entirely refund students in this situation. No cancellation fees will be charged.

We continue to closely monitor developments related to the coronavirus in the Netherlands and globally and will keep you updated. For now, we still expect our Summer School to go ahead as planned.

We hope that the situation will improve in time and that we can welcome students to Amsterdam in a few months for a fantastic AUAS Summer School 2020.

If you have, in the meantime any questions, please contact us via: summerschool@amsterdamuas.com.
