Application form minor abroad SM&O/ISMB

Fill in this online form if you wish to follow your minor at one of the foreign partner universities of Sportkunde - leerroute SM&O/Sport Studies - track ISMB in semester 2 of academic year 2019/2020. You can apply until 15 September 2019!

Please make sure you are aware of the following before you send in your application form:

- Make sure that you have read all the information about the selection procedure on the AZ page Abroad study & internship / Buitenland stage & studie and that you have researched the partner universities you are applying for.

- As it is possible that you will not be selected for your first choice, we ask you to fill out a well-considered second (and third) choice. We expect you to be motivated to go to any partner university in your top 2 or 3. Once you are selected by us, we expect you to participate (otherwise we could have selected another student!).

- Within one to three weeks after the application deadline, you will hear whether you are selected.
