AUAS Code of Conduct

The AUAS has a code of conduct which applies to all its employees and students. It sets out how we interact with each other and what to do when faced with inappropriate behaviour.

Creating a socially safe work and study environment involves not only behaving appropriately oneself and encouraging this in others, but also taking action when faced with the inappropriate behaviour of others. The code of conduct contains guidelines which apply to all employees and students of the AUAS, and we are all responsible for behaving according to this code regardless of our position at the AUAS.

Version 1 of the AUAS code of conduct is available below. A new format is in development and will be published in 2024.
