Water in and around the city

Climate change is making cities wetter, hotter and drier. How can cities become climate-proof? And could climate adaptation provide an opportunity to improve the design and functioning of the city, even if little money is available due to the crisis?

Climate change also raises water safety issues. The tone has been set for large-scale measures nationwide. The question is how this can be translated for the Amsterdam region.
