Grants

On this page you can find information about the grants you can apply for when you go abroad during your studies.

You can apply for the Erasmus grant in case you:

  • are going to study at one of the European partner universities of the Faculty of Sports and Nutrition or are going to do an internship in a European country
  • did not receive the Erasmus grant before during your studies at the AUAS
  • hold a nationality different than the nationality of the destination country
  • in case of an internship: do not receive financial support from the receiving organisation.

For those interested in going to the United Kingdom and have concerns because of Brexit: next study year (2020-2021) nothing will change with regards to the Erasmus grant.

Have a look at the handbook for more information about the Erasmus scholarship and its requirements.

Procedure

To receive the Erasmus grant, you have to complete several forms before, during and after your time abroad. Every AUAS faculty receives a certain number of Erasmus grants per year. If there are more applications than grants, we will select students. Expected is however that most applications for the academic year 2020-2021 can be accepted.
