I am from India and came to Amsterdam to study International Business and Management Studies (IBMS). I first thought about going to Australia and Singapore, but the exchange programme in the third year of IBMS can make that happen for me most possibly.

There are many international business events that I am able to attend at the Amsterdam School of International Business (AMSIB). The International Week for example was a lot of fun.

There are many international business events that I am able to attend at the Amsterdam School of International Business (AMSIB). The International Week for example was a lot of fun. It was a week full of workshops, company presentation from different international countries and many other activities to educate you.

The market fair was also very nice. This fair was to promote and sell the product or service that you created during the school project called Co-Creative Entrepreneurship (CCE). The CCE project is a project to create awareness of what it takes to successfully start and build a company from scratch, and how the various elements in business development and -management fit together.

The course I enjoyed the most was Sales & Digital Marketing. In this course you learn how to sell and pitch a product and fix a deal. You also learn about social media strategies which really interest me because this world is turning more digital every day. The sports classes were also very fun, we did so many different activities such as rowing, rock climbing and golf.

I improved my presentation skills a lot. From blacking out in the middle of my presentation at the start of the programme, to being one of the best presenters in the class now.

I am really glad that I chose to come AMSIB and study IBMS. It taught me so much already in the first year, that I cannot wait what the other years have in store for me.
