Festive Activities

You are most welcome at the Business Campus at the start of this academic year. Enjoy a free cup of coffee or tea and take part in various special activities during the first week of school.

Introduction days

  • The introduction day will be held on 31 August 2022. Students will receive an invitation with more information by email in August.

Course catalogue

Software

  • You can download the free AUAS Office-package and install it on 5 mobile devices and 5 laptops/computers (Windows and Apple).
  • This Office-package offers you the newest versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, for example.
  • Go to hva.nl/downloadoffice and log in with your AUAS ID and password.
  • Via SURFspot you can enjoy great discounts on other software and hardware such as laptops and smartphones.

Group list

  • The group lists will be announced in the evening of 22 August, on condition that you have paid the tuition fee.
  • Classes start on Monday 5 september. Go to the AUAS academic calendar to find out how the academic year is structured and when the holiday periods are scheduled.

Timetable

  • The first classes start in the week of 5 September.
  • Once you have your class list, you will be able to check your timetable at mytimetable.hva.nl.
  • You can link your timetable to calendar applications such as Outlook, Google Calendar, iCalendar or the calendar application on your mobile phone.
  • Check out the AUAS academic calendar to find out how the academic year is structured and when the holiday periods are scheduled.
