Our lecturers, educationalists, department managers, administrators, ICT staff, caretakers and many others work together to maintain the quality of education. AUAS strives to ensure that all employees have (and take) the opportunity to continuously learn and evolve, and offers every opportunity for professional development. Your performance will be discussed during annual meetings with your line manager. You will also have an opportunity to discuss opportunities for professional development or possible career changes.
