Is your AUAS laptop or smartphone lost or stolen?

Report it immediately to the Service Desk ICTS

If your AUAS laptop/smartphone or tablet is lost or has been stolen, please report this immediately to the Service Desk ICTS. Do not forget to take other actions like erasing data and blocking the sim card. See the checklist below.

If your AUAS laptop/smartphone or tablet is lost or has been stolen, please report it immediately to the Service Desk ICTS via 020 - 59 51 40 2 or servicedesk-icts@hva.nl.

Work-related data?

Clearly specify whether the device contains any work-related data, such as personal information, because this may constitute a data leak.

Private laptop/smartphone/tablet with work-related data?

If your private laptop/smartphone/tablet is lost or stolen and contains work-related data, such as personal information, report it to the ICTS Service Desk immediately, because this may constitute a data leak.

Also take the following actions immediately/as soon as possible

  • Change your AUAS ID password and any passwords for other accounts.
  • Use the find and lock function on your phone to erase both company and personal data from the device.
    Erase your lost Android device
    Find my Apple I-phone
  • Call Detron at 020-595 1459 to have your phone's sim card blocked.
  • In case of theft, report the incident to the police.
  • If you have lost your device, inquire at the desk for lost and found items at the municipality in case it has been found.
