CREATE-IT applied research


The different ways organisations can communicate with their public has increased significantly in the last 15 years. And this has consequences on the relationship between an organisation and their public. The question is how organisations – such as media companies, museums, festivals and shops – can apply the new possibilities of all the available media to provide better service and to strengthen the experience of their public.

Our programme studies the different user contexts of media-related service innovations, how these different media forms are experienced, and the relationship between online, offline and on-site. Together with students, teachers, researchers and professionals from the field, this research group develops tools that help organisations be better equipped to make their own choices.
