Towards New Practices of Good Work

Work that is good, does good, and feels good (Ruijters, 2018) is more than just a noble aspiration. Good work is an essential pillar for the economic transformation that many sectors urgently need. In this project, we explore how good work can be shaped in organizations and in the labor market.
Despite its clear benefits, the concept of 'good work' is complex and multifaceted, with diverse interpretations and practical challenges. In many places, good work struggles to take shape or is even under pressure. Our project therefore focuses on clarifying and concretizing this concept. Together with practical partners, we are developing tools for organizations that want to work on good work. Our ultimate goal is to make good work accessible to more people.
