eHealth and Movement Behavior
Use of eHealth by physiotherapists and exercise therapists
The growing demand for care and rising costs are putting pressure on our healthcare system. As a result, more care is needed in people’s own living environments. Accessible technology, such as apps and online platforms, can support this shift. It enables healthcare professionals to better assist people with self-management and a healthy lifestyle. Within the eHealth and Movement Behavior research line, we explore how eHealth can be used most effectively and how different groups experience it.
