Inky (Ingrid) Bruynse, teacher and researcher at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Inky is engaged, curious, and determined to create change in an ethical way. As a teacher in Business English and co-creative entrepreneurship, she teaches at the Amsterdam School of International Business (AMSIB) and supervises theses and internships. Within the Research Group Entrepreneurship, she focuses on social entrepreneurship in the IDEEC and Enhancer projects.

Bruynse has backgrounds in psychology, (African) history, applied linguistics, and education. While in Amsterdam, she attended a Summer School in Sexuality Studies and joined the THNK School of Leadership. She is pursuing her Ph.D. in Social Entrepreneurship Education at the University of South Africa. Her dissertation focuses on the inner development of entrepreneurs driving social change. Her research intersects her diverse interests in psychology, social entrepreneurship, and creating meaningful change.

Bruynse is a social entrepreneur herself. With her company Brighter Media, she produces and researches educational and development-oriented multimedia projects.
