MKB Innovation Traineeship

SIA RAAK Innovatietraineeship - Regieorgaan SIA (regieorgaan-sia.nl)

The aim of the innovation traineeship is to strengthen the research relationship between the university of applied sciences and SMEs. With this we want to increase the innovation capacity of SMEs and strengthen the knowledge position of the university of applied sciences. An innovation trainee conducts practice-oriented research at an SME company for 1.5 years, first as an intern and after graduation as an employee of the company. The university of applied sciences supervises the trainee throughout the entire investigation. In addition, he / she is offered a program in which (soft) skills are developed that are important in business, such as entrepreneurship, innovation and management skills. The innovation traineeship is part of the NWO contribution to the Knowledge and Innovation Covenant 2020-2023.
