Dr. P.C. Huiszoon (Paul)
Senior lecturerPaul Huiszoon is a lecturer at the faculty of Sports and Nutrition. Within the degree programme Sport Studies - track International Sports, Management and Business, he explores consumer behaviour and teaches research methods. Further, Paul coordinates the degree programme’s research group.
Paul completed his bachelor’s degree at the German Sport University Cologne (2011) and his master’s degree in Sport Management at Loughborough University (England, 2014). Subsequently, he pursued a PhD in Sport Management at the University of Lyon (2019). He presented his research on sport governing bodies’ influence on spectator loyalty at several national and international conferences, as well as at FIFA, UEFA, and the German Football Association.
