General terms and conditions of sale
The AUAS has two types of general terms and conditions: those for individual customers and those for professional customers.
Terms and conditions of sale for individuals
If you have registered for a course, you may cancel within 14 days after registration, without having to give a reason for doing so. Any payments that you have made will be refunded. To cancel your registration you must fill in the cancellation form and send it to the AUAS via registered post or via email.
After the 14-day period, the cancellation rules apply as stated in the General terms and conditions of sale for individuals.
Sales conditions for professional customers
The general terms and conditions of sale apply to professional customers who enter into an agreement with the AUAS.
Agreements may concern the purchase of educational services from the AUAS. The general terms and conditions of sale regulate the agreements between the AUAS and the customer regarding such an agreement.
