And the winners of it flies competition 2017 are..

With proud, we can mention that this week two of our HvA students won the It Flies competition in Manchester.

Sam le Poole has won the first prize with his simulation of the ATLAS, an UAV-freight vehicle of 60ton. The first prize was the 'Harrier Trophy', a cheque of GBP1000,- and an annual membership of the RAeS

Mike Hartman went home with the second prize; a cheque of GBP300,- and also

The prize for the most innovative design; a cheque of GBP200,- for his simulation of the E-SPARC, an electric driven race-aircraft for the Red Bull Air Races.
