Course overview

The Business English and Artificial Intelligence Minor is designed to enhance proficiency in English through the integration of artificial intelligence as both a writing tool and a thematic focus. Tailored for non-native English speakers aiming to refine their business communication skills within a global context, this course delves into key Market Leader topics such as International Presentations, Ethical International Business, and Managing an International Team.

Course content

Students will participate in business English text study, grammar self-study, assignment reviews involving peers, teachers and ai, the presentations of key Artificial Intelligence and business articles, and putting English into practice with a collaborative project.

Course dates

Classes will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The course will start on Tuesday 11 November. Lessons are from 18:40-22:00. You can register until 31 October 2025.

Cost

The tuition fee of this course is € 1400. Additionally, the study books of this course will cost approximately € 100.

Admission

To be admissible you need a diploma of at least secondary vocational education, senior general secondary education or pre-university education. This course is for students with an advanced level of English. NOTE FOR NON-EU CITIZENS: admission to this course does NOT meet the Immigration and Naturalisation Service requirements for a residence permit for study purposes. The AUAS is, therefore, not in a position to help you get a visum or a residence permit. For this reason, any effort to attend this course will be in vain.

Study load

The course duration is one block of 10 weeks with classes, workshops, a project, assignments and feedback sessions. The total study load is on average 16 hours a week, which includes class hours.
