About us
The OT-EuroMaster is a degree programme by occupational therapists for occupational therapists. Academic staff at the five partner universities have always worked as one team ensuring the programme is experienced as one unified entity despite physical distance and different systems.
The European MSc in Occupational Therapy aims to enable occupational therapists to pursue an academic programme at master’s level in an international environment whilst simultaneously learning from a multitude of perspectives, and in so doing to deeply reflect on practice in a critical, respectful manner. This experience provides opportunities to learn collaboratively in international, intercultural teams, building an international network and community.
Accreditation
This programme exists since 1999 and was one of the first MSc degrees in OT in Europe. It is a programme of highest quality, accredited by the Accreditation Organisation of the Netherlands and Flanders NVAO in 2006, 2010 and 2016. In 2010 and 2016, the programme was awarded the “Distinctive Quality feature of internationalization” and again in 2023, the “Certificate for Quality in Internationalisation”, both of which are based on the criteria of the European Consortium for Accreditation (ECA).
