Designing
The student designs an IT-related solution aimed at existing or new business in coordination with stakeholders. The student applies suitable models and techniques in the design. The design considers the (ethical) implications for stakeholders, with an emphasis on privacy, security, sustainability, and inclusion.

Implementation
The student develops a proof of concept for the proposed IT-related solution or innovation. The implementation meets the defined acceptance criteria and standards. The student tests the developed solution accordingly and validates it with stakeholders.

The student manages, monitors, and documents the iterative development process while utilizing supporting tools and a structured approach. The student collaborates constructively and communicates proactively with stakeholders. The student takes responsibility for their own contribution to the collaboration and the final result. Additionally, the student ensures the continuity of the solution, identifies the need for changes within organizations, and initiates change processes when necessary.
