DRAMA

Designing Responsible IT for Media Applications

Project

Artificial intelligence (AI) is playing an increasingly important role in media organizations, but how are these companies applying responsible AI? University of Applied Sciences Amsterdam, University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and University of Applied Sciences Rotterdam have joined forces with media companies such as NPO, VPRO, RTL, Beeld en Geluid (=Sound and Vision) and Media Perspectives. These parties are on a joint quest for responsible AI.

The partnership is also called research project DRAMA, where DRAMA stands for Designing Responsible AI for Media Applications. The project aims to support and guide media organizations in embedding responsible AI in their organizations. Students are also involved and help think about solutions.
